Continental Drift is the first single from Odlazak — the third full-length from Ex Ponto, the multidisciplinary project of Ivan Masic. Blending ambient, dub, kosmiche and post-punk influences, the track sets the tone for an album shaped by themes of departure, memory and return, weaving together electronic and organic textures with fragments of family history from former Yugoslavia. Equal parts cinematic and intimate, ‘Continental Drift’ drifts between the darker edges of dance music and deeply personal storytelling.
